CLOSING OFFERS
In addition to conducting reference checks, we will work with the company to carefully draft the offer letter.
We present the offer to the candidate, guide them through the details, and work to secure acceptance. We also recommend involving the hiring manager in this step to help build excitement and strengthen the relationship.
