UNDERSTANDING NEEDS
Dhillon Recruiting seeks to understand not only the role, but how this role will impact both the team and company as a whole. Understanding the impact of the role and what sets the company apart from its competitors are essential to attracting top tier talent. Dhillon Recruiting will do its own research on the company, but greatly values intro meetings with the department leads and hiring managers to fully understand needs.

SOURCING CANDIDATES
Dhillon Recruiting will draw on their vast network and conduct new searches to source candidates. We will then conduct screenings and only pass through candidates which meet or exceed Company expectations. For those candidates which the client wishes to interview, we will handle all communication and scheduling from both sides. As each interview is completed, we ask that feedback be provided to us so we know where each candidate stands.

CLOSING OFFERS
In addition to conducting reference checks, we will work with the company to carefully draft the offer letter.
We will present the offer to the candidate and work to obtain acceptance. We do recommend that the hiring manager plays a part in this step as well.

POST ACCEPTANCE
Once the offer has been signed, the work is not done. We will stay in touch with the candidate and help them with any questions that may arise up until their first day. We would also love to hear from the client/company regarding how the new hire is working out. This is only a success if it works out for both parties!
